The batch date field is added to the encounter search screen and claims screen.
This will allow billing managers to group by a date other than the service date.
Encounter Search screen:
Click on the Encounters tab.
Enter the Date From and Date To.
Click on the Search button.
The Batch Date column is present.
This column will be present in the transaction mode and report mode of the Unbilled, Ready to Send and Billed tabs.
Steps to generate the data based on the Batch Date:
Select the Date From and Date To
Click on the Batch Date radio button
Click on the Search icon.
The data will be generated based on the Batch date.
Claims screen
Click on the Claims tab.
Date From and Date To.
Click on the Search button.
The Batch Date column is present.
This column will be present in the transaction mode and report mode of the following tabs in the Claims screen:
- To Send Electronic
- To Print
- Pending
- Resolved
- Cancelled
- Errored
- Rejected
- No Response
- Denied/Left Open
- All

Select the Date From and Date To.
Click on the Batch Date radio button.
The data will be generated based on the Batch date.
