The batch date column is added to the encounters search screen and claims screen. The results can also be displayed based on the Batch Date on these screens. This feature is helpful in grouping encounters, sorting or setting up favorites based on the Batch Date.
Encounters search screen
Batch date column is present in the Encounters search screen.
It is present in the following tabs in the transaction mode as well as the report mode:
- Unbilled
- Ready to Send
- Billed
- Failed to Send
Run By batch date:
A radio button for Batch Date is present in tabs under the Encounters search screen.
This is used to run the search by batch date and display results based on it.
Claims screen:
Batch date column is present in the Claims screen.
It is present in the following tabs in the transaction mode as well as the report mode:
- To Send Electronic
- To Print
- Pending
- Resolved
- Cancelled
- Errored
- Rejected
- No Response
- Denied/Left Open
- All
