Steps to integrate telehealth with scheduler:
- Click on Utilities in the Scheduler
- Click on Material Resources and New Material Resource
- Select Virtual Room from the Master Material Resource Type drop-down.
- Enter the Name
- Enter the Description
- Enter the Meeting URL
- Select the Preferred Locations
- Click on Save
- Create a new appointment.
- Select the Virtual Room name from the drop-down.
- The URL will appear and it cannot be edited.
- Click on Save.
- The appointment is created.
- Click on the scheduled appointment
- Click the URL that appears on the scheduled appointment
- This URL is sent in the Scheduled appointment emails
- Patients can click the URL in the email at the time of their appointment.
