Integrate Telehealth with Scheduler.

Steps to integrate telehealth with scheduler:

  • Click on Utilities in the Schedulermceclip0.png

 

  • Click on Material Resources and New Material Resource

  • Select Virtual Room from the Master Material Resource Type drop-down.
  • Enter the Name
  • Enter the Description
  • Enter the Meeting URL

  • Select the Preferred Locations

  • Click on Save

  • Create a new appointment. 
  • Select the Virtual Room name from the drop-down.
  • The URL will appear and it cannot be edited.
  • Click on Save.

  • The appointment is created.
  • Click on the scheduled appointment
  • Click the URL that appears on the scheduled appointmentmceclip6.png

 

  • This URL is sent in the Scheduled appointment emails
  • Patients can click the URL in the email at the time of their appointment.
