The newly designed patient dashboard brings a modern look, intuitive navigation, and improved accessibility. Enjoy a seamless, user-friendly experience with clearer visuals and easier access to key features. The updates will be introduced gradually, starting with a select group of clients on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, and will be fully completed by Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025.

Sent prescriptions can be discharged and canceled from the patient dashboard.
- Discharging a prescription
- Removes it from the patient's list of medications.
- Canceling a prescription
- Cancels the medication at the pharmacy if it has not yet been filled.
View sent prescriptions
Log into the RXNT app and tap E-Prescribing.
Use the search feature to locate the patient.
The patient dashboard will open to Current Meds. Tap Previous to view all previously sent prescriptions.
Discharge
Tap the checkbox next to the drug you wish to discharge, then tap the ellipsis at the bottom of the screen to open the prescription options.
Tap Discharge.
Enter a reason for the discharge and tap Discharge again to remove from the patient's medication list.
The prescription will display with a strikethrough. If the prescription needs to be reinstated to the patient's medication list, tap the checkbox for the prescription, then tap the ellipsis at the bottom of the screen to open the prescription options.
Tap Reinstate to revert the discharged prescription.
Cancel
Tap the checkbox next to the drug you wish to cancel, then tap the ellipsis at the bottom of the screen to open the prescription options.
Tap Cancel Rx at Pharmacy to immediately send a cancel request to the pharmacy.
Not all pharmacies allow prescriptions to get canceled. If a pharmacy doesn't accept cancellations, the Cancel Rx option will not appear.
The prescription status will display as Pending Cancel until the pharmacy responds to the cancel request.
Pharmacy response
If the pharmacy approves the cancel request, the status will change to Cancel Approved, and the prescription will display in the Previous tab with a strikethrough. If the pharmacy sends any additional notes about the cancel request, they get displayed after the status.
If the pharmacy denies the cancel request, the status will change to Cancel Denied, and the prescription will remain active in the Previous tab. The reason for the denial will display after the status.

View sent prescriptions

Access additional prescription records using the dropdown menu.
From the Medication Records Menu that displays below, choose from:
- Current Medications (default)
- Previous Medications
- Medication History
- Notes (these are internal notes meant for communication between providers and staff, not used for patient encounters)
Tap Previous Medications to view all previously sent prescriptions.
Discharge a medication
Locate the medication you wish to discharge, and tap Discharge.
A green notification will appear at the top of your screen informing you the medication was successfully discharged, and the prescription will display with a strikethrough.
Alternatively, discharge by selecting the intended medication's radio button, then tap More Actions.
- Multiple drugs can be selected.
Tap Discharge.
- If a drug selected is unable to be discharged, the Discharge option will not appear in the menu.
Enter a reason for the discharge and tap Discharge once more to remove from the patient's medication list.
Reinstate a discharged medication
Locate the medication you wish to discharge, and tap Reinstate.
A green notification will appear at the top of your screen informing you the medication was successfully reinstated.
Alternatively, reinstate by selecting the medication's radio button, then tap More Actions.
- Multiple drugs can be selected.
Tap Reinstate.
- If a drug selected is unable to be reinstated, the Reinstate option will not appear in the menu.
Cancel a prescription
Select medication's radio button, then tap More Actions.
Tap Cancel Rx at Pharmacy to immediately send a cancel request to the pharmacy.
Not all pharmacies allow prescriptions to be canceled. If a pharmacy doesn't accept cancellations, the Cancel Rx option will be disabled.
The prescription status will display as Pending Cancel until the pharmacy responds to the cancel request.
Pharmacy response
If the pharmacy approves the cancel request, the status will change to Cancel Approved, and the prescription will display in the Previous tab with a strikethrough. If the pharmacy sends any additional notes about the cancel request, the notes will display beneath the prescription's delivery status.
If the pharmacy denies the cancel request, the status will change to Cancel Denied, and the prescription will remain active in the Previous tab. The reason for the denial will display after the status.
