Enhanced PHR: Patient Billing History and Appointment Requests

Patient Billing History

Patients can view their billing history in one centralized location within their Patient Health Records. Once a patient logs into the PHR, they will see Billing Summary in the bottom right of the screen


From here, they can see a complete history of all payments made to the practice that have been entered in RXNT.



Enhanced Appointment Request

New to the appointment request section of the PHR - patients can now select the appointment type for their visit, streamlining the workflow for your staff responding to and scheduling these requests.

Directly below the provider selection, patients will have access to a dropdown of appointment types, which automatically pulls from the appointment types you've already set up in the Scheduler solution.
