Reset or Change Your RXNT Password

Update your account password

Go to and click Client Login at the top of the page.


Log into your RXNT account and click Update Password at the top of the page.


Enter your current account password, then enter a new password for your account. Click Save to update your password.


You will be logged out of your account and prompted to log back in using your new password.

Reset a forgotten password

Go to and select Client Login.


Select Forgot Password at the bottom of the login page.


Enter your RXNT username and the email address associated with your account, then click Save


A link to reset your password will be emailed to you. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email within five minutes. Click the link in the email to reset your RXNT password and access your account.


Choose a new password for your account and click Save.


Resetting a Password as a Practice Admin

If you are a Practice Administrator, you have the ability to change a staff members' password temporarily. Click Utilities in the top right corner. 


Select Staff User.


Click on the name of the staff user you wish to change the password for.


Click Change.


Here you are able to set a temporary password to allow the user to login. Once the user has logged in, they will be prompted to change their password again. Click OK once you have assigned a new password.
