Log into the RXNT app and select Clinical.
Patient search
Search for your patients in two ways:
- From the E-prescribing dashboard, search patients by last name
- From the E-prescribing dashboard, use the Advanced Patient Search feature to search by full name and additional identifiers
Enter the Patient Last Name, then tap the magnifying glass.
You'll find all patients with the last name you entered listed below. Just scroll through to find the patient you're looking for and tap their card to access their patient dashboard.
The patient's dashboard will be displayed.
Tap Advanced Patient Search.
You can use any or all of the fields below (last name, first name, date of birth, chart number) to find the patient. Just tap Search when you're ready.
If only one patient matches your search criteria, they will appear below. Tap their card to access their patient dashboard.
Add patient
From the dashboard, tap Add new patient.
Complete all required fields, then tap Save.
Edit patient demographics
From the patient dashboard, tap the pencil icon.
Edit the desired fields, then tap Save.
