About
As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping private health information secure, users are required to provide a secondary verification to access their account.
After entering their username and password, users are prompted to choose whether to receive a verification code by text message or email. Texts are sent to the cell phone number on file for the user and emails are sent to the email address on file for the user. MFA is currently active on a desktop, and will be fully implemented on the RXNT app and RXNT Check-In app by Wednesday, June 19th, 2024.
Edit your cell phone number and email address in Account Setup.
