Providers will need their token serial number(s) to select their primary token beginning on Wednesday, May 23rd, 2024.
Soft Token
Open the Thales SafeNet MobilePASS app on your device.
Select your token.
Enter your token PIN, then tap Continue.
Tap the Settings icon.
Tap Token Information.
View Serial Number below.
Hard Token
The serial number is on the back of the hard token, below the barcode.
