The appointment calendar will display when you open the Scheduler. View the calendar by resources, day, week, or month. Additionally, you can display as few or as many appointment options by selecting a person or material resources. Click Next Available Appt. at the top to quickly schedule the next open appointment time.
Scheduling a patient
Select the appointment time on the calendar.
Search for the Patient's Name.
Using Quick Add will allow you to add a new patient without filling out all their information. You will need to go back in and do this step later.
Verify the information is correct and click Save.
Appointment detail features
Click directly on the patient, which opens the Appointment Details screen.
To the right of the demographics, the icons in yellow allow the user to:
- View the Patient dashboard, and Timeline
- Patient Cases,
- Patient's Eligibility
- Upload Attachments, and More.

Patient Cases. Selecting the case# hyperlink brings you to the patient's billing and claim information.
Superbill. Generating a Superbill allows you to bill for your visit. You also have access to Download a PDF and Generate Encounter.
Check Patient's Eligibility. Fill out the dropdowns and Check or View Eligibility Logs.
Upload Attachments. Choose File, Save or Delete attachment.

Reminders and Reschedule
Appointment Recall. Select dropdowns to create the patient's appointment recall.
Call-In. The Patient Call-In functionality to timestamps a call from the patient.
Documentation between the user and the patient is available on the Appointment Details screen or in the Notes section on the Patient Dashboard.
Appointment Notes also interface between the EHR and the Mobile applications. See example below
Facesheet. The Facesheet provides the user with demographical and insurance information. You also have the option to Print the Facesheet.
Reminders. Reminders. The Communication, Scheduled Date, and reminder status, but the Reminder configurations are in the utility section under Patient Reminders.
Reschedule. Select the date in Green that indicates the appointment is open and click the time. Lastly, confirm that the information is correct and select save on the next screen.
