Setting up your office locations with RXNT ensures that the correct address information is included on your prescriptions. Follow these steps to set up your locations in RXNT.

Reach out to the RXNT Customer Success Team 

Go to the RXNT Center by navigating to https://help.rxnt.com/hc/en-us and click Submit a request.

Select Add a new location.

Fill in the information on the form.

Processing your request 

After you've submitted the requested information, the Customer Success Team will process your request. We ask that you allow 48 business hours for the request to be processed. 

Credentials received 

Once your request has been processed, you will receive login credentials for each location enrolled.
